the discover project

Highlighting Communities, Businesses and Events in Interesting Destinations.

What is the Discover Project?

The Discover Project is a dynamic initiative dedicated to uncovering and showcasing the best of what different regions across the United States have to offer. Our mission is to highlight the people, places, events, businesses, and industries that define each area we explore.

Since our inception in 2015, we have spent the past ten years refining our approach, telling thousands of stories, and capturing the essence of communities across America. What began as a localized effort has evolved into a nationwide platform featuring businesses, industries, and cultural movements in compelling multimedia formats.

We talk with local historians to uncover the storied past of each region. Our discussions with residents provide insight into the community’s vibrancy and culture. We list and often attend area events, but our specialty is bringing stories to life through in-depth storytelling, high-quality video productions, and engaging television specials.

Our proprietary methodology has been shaped by a decade of experience, allowing us to expand into specialty TV programs that explore industries, innovations, and cultural trends beyond just local businesses.

Here’s How We Bring Stories to Life:

Business & Industry Spotlights

We conduct in-depth interviews with business owners, industry experts, and innovators to uncover their history, vision, and contributions to their communities. Whether it’s a small local shop or a national industry leader, we craft compelling stories that captivate audiences.

Magazine Features

Our articles, rich with engaging content and professional photography, appear in our print and digital magazines and are distributed through local and special interest media outlets, expanding their reach to new audiences.

Business Highlights & Profiles

Our professionally produced video segments capture the essence of businesses, industries, and unique local stories. Using high-resolution video, studio lighting, and crystal-clear audio, we create compelling two-to-three-minute highlight reels and longer-form profiles that provide in-depth narratives.

Television Specials & Industry Showcases

Beyond individual business stories, we produce full-length television specials that dive into broader industries, movements, and themes. Discover Subaru, for example, will explore the legacy of Subaru, its loyal community of owners, and its impact in regions like RI, MA, and CT. Other industry-focused specials will highlight automotive innovations, outdoor recreation, local craftsmanship, and more.

Our half-hour and hour-long TV showcases connect with viewers through high-quality production, bringing compelling stories directly into living rooms across the region.

Expanding Opportunities for Businesses & Sponsors

At The Discover Project, our commitment extends beyond the spotlight. We provide significant exposure for sponsors and partners, forging strategic collaborations that align with community values and industry excellence. Whether through sponsored content, featured stories, or television placements, our platform offers an unrivaled opportunity to connect with engaged audiences.

Join Us on a Journey of Discovery

From small towns to bustling industries, The Discover Project brings untold stories to life through high-quality journalism, immersive video production, and powerful storytelling. Whether you’re a business looking for exposure, an industry leader ready to share your expertise, or a viewer eager to learn more about the world around you, we invite you to be part of this journey.

Be a part of the narrative that honors the spirit of innovation, enterprise, and community across America.
